Virtual Sunday School

Hi Sunday School Families,

We sure miss you all and hope you are doing well and staying healthy!

We found a fun craft to do for Holy Week! It is a Holy Week calendar, where you do a small craft every day this week. It also includes a memory verse and a song for each day.

Here is an example on Pinterest so you can see what it looks like:

Palms for Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday

Prepare the Way of the Lord, Hosanna!

You are invited to swing by church on your way to an errand in the coming days to pick up palm branches for your families. They are laid out in the entrance of the church waiting for you.

If you are not able to come by to pick up a palm, you can either make one out of paper — trace your hands, cut them out and tape them together, find another type of branch or a coat even. For Jesus’ triumphant entry the ground was covered with branches and cloaks after all.

If you are able you are invited to take a picture of your family with your palm branches, home creations or just yourselves and send them to pastoramanda@creatorlutheran.net by Friday. We are hoping to include them into our remote worship together.
